Whenloveworks Dynamically® Terms & Agreement Policy

Who we are

At WhenLoveWorks Dynamically, we are dedicated to building and maintaining healthy relationships, including the terms and agreements we have as you work with us. We are a coaching and development organization working with individuals and organizations to transform their relational health and increase outcome. Visit the ‘About Us’ page for more. Co-Creative Relationship

In our co-creative relationship, WhenLoveWorks Inc (referred to as “WLWD”) and the coachee/client (referred to as “Client”) both have important responsibilities:

WLWD Coach’s and Team’s Responsibilities:

WLWD Coach commits to being open, non-judgmental, and setting appropriate boundaries.
WLWD Coach listens actively and asks powerful, probing, and direct questions to facilitate personal growth.
WLWD Coach assists in setting goals, planning, strategizing, and offering perspectives, options, and suggestions designed to raise awareness.
WLWD Coach upholds the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines.
WLWD Team members commit to engaging in a relationship-building manner to preserve and uphold WLWD ethical standards
WLWD Team members listen actively to provide quality client service and ask questions toward resolutions

Client’s/Coachee’s Responsibilities:

Client agrees to supply a real and current agenda for each coaching session, program, retreat.
Client takes responsibility for their own personal development, actively participating in the process.
Client agrees to attend sessions on time and prioritize them.
Client takes full responsibility for their own feelings, decisions, actions, and success.
Client pays all fees, deposits, and regularly updates payment method on subscriptions.
Client accepts their past and present, focusing on evolving in their immediate future.
Client actively participates in the accountability model set by WLWD.

Session/Program Procedures:

Both WLWD and the Client give coaching sessions high priority and honor the agreed-upon time.
The Client commits to devoting the entire allotted time to being an active participant in each session/program/retreat (60 minutes, 90 minutes, etc).
The Client may experience discomfort during sessions but is encouraged to push past it and be open to new possibilities.
In case of a missed scheduled session, the Client must contact their assigned coach as soon as possible for next steps.
Phones and electronic devices must be silenced during each session/program/retreat.
Coaching, group events, and workshops are not refundable, nor transferable.

Confidentiality/Privacy Agreement

This Nondisclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by WhenLoveWorks Inc and the Client for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information contained in coaching sessions/programs/retreats.

All content provided in sessions is created by and is the sole property of WhenLoveWorks Inc.
All content is not to be shared with outside parties.
No phone or video recording or transmission of content is permitted.
The Client agrees to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary, tools and confidential information (“Confidential Information”).

Our Intellectual Property

All content provided on our site, in our products and in the service are the intellectual property of Whenloveworks Inc.
The content of our site, the services and products, we provide are protected by United States trademark, trade dress and copyright law.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content of our Site, Service or Products, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. You may not remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice from the content of our Site, Product or the Services.
We reserve the right to immediately remove you from service, without refund, at to pursue all available legal remedies against you if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

All digital product sales are final due to the nature of downloadable files and your irrevocable access to them once they’ve been delivered.

Photographic, Audio, Video Release Agreement

The Client grants permission to use photographic, audio, or video recordings for specific purposes, such as testimonials, website development, and promotional development.

The Client’s image, likeness, and recorded voice may be used by WhenLoveWorks Inc without payment or any other consideration.

The Client understands that material in sessions/programs/retreats is the property of WhenLoveWorks Inc and may not be redistributed or shared for personal or business use. No phone or video recording permitted.

Additional Clause Agreement

Coaches, operations and administrative personnel working under WhenLoveWorks Inc are not licensed therapists, and the Client is responsible for their decisions, actions, and feelings.

The Client acknowledges reading and understanding the WLWD Terms and Agreement.

The Client agrees to the non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement and understands their role and the coach’s role in the co-creative professional coaching relationship.

The Client releases any and all claims against WhenLoveWorks Inc© and its contractors for utilizing materials for development and/or promotional purposes.

By agreeing to this Terms and Agreement Policy, the Client signifies their commitment to the co-creative relationship and their understanding of the guidelines set forth. This agreement helps create a safe and productive environment for personal and professional growth and relationship development.
